Democracy is in trouble.  We've know this for a long time.  The intense bitterness between parties is just one sign.

Accomplished primarily through collective grassroots action, Earth Politik corrects the tone and tempo of political systems, all-media practices, and through individuals and sociocultural venues.

THE POLICY AGENDA

The politics of democracy must be populist and progressive, focusing on solving challenging social problems, that affect full participation in society.  We advocate for worldwide adoption of the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT

A popular government is a system where the government is controlled by and accountable to the people. This concept is also known as popular sovereignty, and it means the government's authority derives from the consent of the governed. In practice, this is often achieved through elections where citizens choose their leaders, and the government is expected to serve the will of the people.
